X-ray Analyzers
X-ray diffraction (XRD):
▪ Used in the analysis to identify and quantify crystalline materials and crystallite size of
the materials.
▪ It provides means to gather information on physical properties of metals, polymeric
materials, natural products and other solids.
▪ Used in industry to analyse ceramic materials and ores and in research laboratories for
studies in geology, physics, environment, mineralogy, metallurgy and chemistry.
