X-ray Analyzers

Application of X-ray analyzer:

X-ray fluorescence (XRF):

▪ Widely used in electronic industry, petroleum industry, cement factory, tin smelters, aircraft

maintenance and research laboratories.

▪ Used to determine or analyse thickness of platting or coating materials, chemical content and

composition of a material.

▪ Can be used on materials, such as, rock, mineral, powder, metal, paper, plastic, and petroleum

products whether they are in the form of solids, liquids or thin films.

▪ Determination as hazardous elements such as lead, cadmium, mercury, bromine, HDPE, etc. (RoHS
analysis)
