                            PART III:   Responsibilities of Licensee




                            5 (a) Ensure that the radioactive waste is disposed within one year of its production.



                               (b) Ensure adequate protection of the workers, public and environment.




                               (c) Ensure that suitable staff, equipment, facilities, training and procedures……



                               (d) Implement safety and environmental impact assessment



                               (e) Establish & implement quality assurance programme…




                               (f)  Establish and keep records of appropriate information regarding the generation,
                                   processing, storage, disposal including inventory…




                               (g) Provide surveillance and control as required by the Board
