Safe Handling of Nuclear Gauges and X-Ray Analyzers

▪ The radiation level present in most of the areas around nuclear gauges/X-ray

analysers is usually very low and could be classified as a supervised area.

▪ The necessary requirements for the supervised and controlled areas e.g. warning

signs, radiation signs, personal dosimeters, and control of personnel entering the

area must be observed and provided accordingly.
