Contents of Plan 9

• Conduct a periodic review of the plan and the procedures.

• Note: Take into account lessons learned from similar

accidents around the world and during drills and

exercises.

• Update all perishable information quarterly (phone number,

etc)

• Correct deficiencies to plans and procedure within 12

months.
