SCENARIO 2
A laboratory assistant is carrying a beaker of radioactive solution from
laboratory 1 to laboratory 2. On his way to laboratory 2, accidentally, he
drops the beaker and the solution is splashed onto the floor. His workmates
inform the supervisor, immediately so that proper action can be carried out.
