                to update and review the plan and make the necessary changes. In updating

                     the plan, feedbacks from assessment of the exercise should be taken into

                     account







                for personnel involved in the plan to be given appropriate training so that their

                     knowledge can continue to be upgraded and their skill can be further improved








                for the equipment reserved for emergency to be regularly checked, tested and

                     calibrated so that they are always in good working condition with acceptable

                     performance. This equipment, which is reserved for emergency, should not be

                     used for routine radiological survey.
