EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTION

 Overexposure:

 In the event of monthly dose received by personnel or public is suspected or found

to be higher than the operational or annual dose limit, the Work/Shift Supervisor

must make safe the device responsible for the suspected overexposure and inform

the RPO/RPS for further actions.

 The RPO/RPS should:

Ensure the immediate return of any dosimeter(s) to assist enquiries of the

events leading up to the suspected overexposure;
