EMERGENCY PLAN
Reporting procedures:
All accidents and incidents must be reported for mitigating actions to be taken without
undue delay.
Reporting procedures must be made according to the hierarchy given in the emergency
organisation.
A radiation worker who discovers an accident or incident must immediately take action to
control it and report to his/her Work/Shift Supervisor.
Upon receiving notification, the Work/Shift Supervisor should immediately come to the site
and take preliminary actions to control the exposure and assess the situation.
