EMERGENCY PLAN

 Reporting procedures:

 All accidents and incidents must be reported for mitigating actions to be taken without

undue delay.

 Reporting procedures must be made according to the hierarchy given in the emergency

organisation.

 A radiation worker who discovers an accident or incident must immediately take action to
control it and report to his/her Work/Shift Supervisor.

 Upon receiving notification, the Work/Shift Supervisor should immediately come to the site
and take preliminary actions to control the exposure and assess the situation.
