EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTION














          When an accident happened, actions need to be taken immediately to


             minimise any consequences resulted from the accident.








          The procedures to take action must be standardised, established and


             made known to all personnel involved so that actions can be taken in a fast

             and accurate manner.
