SOURCES OF EMERGENCY
4. Conventional Accident
❖ Emergency initiated by a non-radiation emergency
such as natural disaster
❖ For example flood, earthquake, fire, theft or even
sabotage
5. Transportation Accident
❖ This is quite likely in the case of industrial radiography
/ sales / nuclear gauge because the equipment used is
in the portable form and it is being moved quite
common. Accidents involving vehicles that carrying
those equipment may lead to possible damage caused
on exposure to the device on board.
