• One method in developing safe work procedure is

through Job Safety Analysis.

• Safe work procedure must be:

 Written in a language that is concise, precise and easy to

understand by the intended user; and

 Must include not only the method of carrying out the task

but also the elements of safety and emergency actions to
be taken when the needs arises.
