Record Keeping
• The dose analysis shall be recorded onto LPTA/BM/5
(Section B) within 14 days after received.
• Radiation workers should have access to their own
records at all times.
• Dose record for individual is usually provided to
radiation workers when they transfer from one place
of employment to another or submitted to
appropriate authority for retention.
