Warning sign and label:
The gauge should be labeled with a durable label
incorporating the following information:
▪ Name of source material
▪ Activity of the source and date of
measurement
▪ Maximum dose rate on the surface when the
source is in CLOSE/OFF position and date of
measurement
▪ Name and address of supplier/manufacturer
▪ Identification number of the container
▪ Radiation sign
