EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT

❖List of emergency equipment

i. Survey meters

ii. Personal dosimeters

iii. Breathing apparatus, respirators, and dust masks

iv. Fully impervious clothing

v. Footwear and gloves

vi. Decontamination agents and equipment etc.

❖All emergency equipment must be maintained, calibrated

according to the requirement of the manufacturer and the

authority, and in good working condition

❖All personnel involved in the use of such equipment must be

trained to use it effectively
