• Radiation Protection (Transport) Regulations

                                        1989 was derived from Atomic Energy Licensing


                                        Act 1984 (Act 304) and is enforced by AELB to


                                        ensure safe transport of radioactive and nuclear


                                        material.








                                    • It includes movement of RAM outside premises,

                                        responsibility of organization in establishing


                                        procedure for safe movement of radioactive and


                                        nuclear material within their premises.
