❖The plan should be:

❑Clear, specific, simple and concise.

❑Meet all the local requirements and needs.

❑Able to address all possible accidents that can happen

with nuclear gauges/ X-ray analysers belong to a

licensee.

❑Able to identify the emergency organisation involved

and response action taken during the accident.
