5.4 Coordination Between Appropriate Authority 32

❖ The responsibilities lies entirely on the user in case of Level 1 and

level 2 accident (AELB should be inform within 24 hours).

❖ It is the responsibility of the user to coordinate emergency

response in case of Level 3 and level 4 emergency (AELB should be

inform within 24 hours).

❖ The external emergency response to be involved include:

• Local authority

• Police

• Fire and Rescue Department

• Medical services.
