• Reassessment should also be based on analysis and reports

of incidents / accidents that have occurred, lessons learned

and performance appraisals.

• The exercise should be designed to test the essential

elements in the main plan or the overall plan.

• Procedures for taking corrective action against any

identified weaknesses should be developed.
