the risk that cannot be eliminated

• Recovery Plan (priority in the near future and in the long

term for the restoration of functions, services, resources,

facilities, programs and infrastructure

• Service Continuity Plan (identify stakeholders to be

informed, critical and time-sensitive applications,

alternative work sites, key records, contact number lists,

processes and functions to be maintained as well as staff)
