DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF LICENSEE
To appoint an OBTL;
Appointment and term of reference (TOR) define by authorities
and/or acts/regulations and technical documents or guidelines;
To ensure that only the OBTL and the RPO deals with the AELB; and
To ensure that all activities involving ionizing radiation comply with
the Atomic Energy Licensing Act (Act 304) and its subsidiary
legislations.
