Personnel Responsibilities
Consignee • Examine package for any defects before opening
it.
-Person who • Measure the radiation and contamination levels if
receive the package has or appeared to have defects, and
consignment report to the regulatory authority.
• Unpack the package using method recommended
by the supplier or manufacturer.
• Retain inspection and testing performed on the
package records.
