The Characteristic of Emergency Plan
❖ The plan should be simple, clear, specific, concise and easily
understood by all workers involved.
❖ The plan must also meet all local requirements and needs
❖ The plan should be able to:
❑ Address all possible accidents that can happen with all
radiation sources belong to a licensee
❑ Identify the emergency organization involved and response
action taken during the accident
