OVERVIEW

Induction Heating Technology

Induction heating mmtc
How does it work.
  • It’s created heat directly in work pieces by exploiting the natural electromagnetic properties of conductive materials.
  • The systems take power from the mains net and convert it into desired frequencies, then use it to create controllable heat in the material.
  • This technology is a non-contact, non-invasive technology. It leaves surrounding components untouched.
  • It is clean, quiet and comfortable.
  • It produces no noticeable increase in ambient temperatures
Induction Heating
The benefits
  • Minimizes waste—targeted heating
  • Be used under spark risk potential permit or hot work permit
    • Habitat NOT required for heating below than 200C
    • Flexible, Mobile and easy to mob/demob
    • Repeatable, predictable, controllable
    • No unwanted radiated heat
    • No risk of fire.
