Induction Heating
OVERVIEW
Induction Heating Technology
How does it work.
It’s created heat directly in work pieces by exploiting the natural electromagnetic properties of conductive materials.
The systems take power from the mains net and convert it into desired frequencies, then use it to create controllable heat in the material.
This technology is a non-contact, non-invasive technology. It leaves surrounding components untouched.
It is clean, quiet and comfortable.
It produces no noticeable increase in ambient temperatures
The benefits
Minimizes waste—targeted heating
Be used under spark risk potential permit or hot work permit
Habitat
NOT
required
for heating below than 200C
Flexible, Mobile and easy to mob/demob
Repeatable, predictable, controllable
No unwanted radiated heat
No risk of fire.
Suitables application use
Induction Hardening
Induction Tempering
Induction Brazing
Induction Bonding
Induction Pre-Heating
Induction Post-Heating
Induction straightening
Induction Shrink Fitting
Induction Coating Removal
Induction Bolt Heating
